This sewage suction truck is a modern environmental sanitation vehicle designed for collecting, transferring, and cleaning transportation of sludge and sewage. The unit features self-suction and self-discharge capabilities, offering fast working speeds, large capacity, and convenient transportation suitable for liquid substances including feces, mud, and crude oil. Operating on siphon principles, the system creates pressure differentials within the tank. When the suction hose is submerged below liquid level, internal tank pressure decreases, drawing fecal liquid upward through atmospheric pressure. Compressed air subsequently discharged into the tank increases internal pressure, forcing contents out through the discharge line. The truck provides flushing, dredging, suction, and reverse discharge functions. Its robust construction includes a high-quality steel plate tank with 6mm wall thickness and wave plate interior design. Standard equipment includes an SK-15 water circulating pump, overflow valve with stainless steel filter screen, shock-resistant pressure gauges, and hydraulic lifting with self-unloading capability. A platform top with safety railings and dual tank openings facilitates top-feeding and internal cleaning.
