The Dongfeng 6000 Liters Bitumen Spraying Truck is specialized black road construction machinery designed for highways, urban roads, airports, and ports. It transports and distributes liquid asphalt including hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and residual oil during pavement construction or maintenance using asphalt penetration methods. The truck comprises several integrated systems: an asphalt tank body with dual-layer steel construction and aluminum silicate insulation (50-100mm thickness), a power transmission system using engine power take-off and hydraulic pumps, an asphalt pumping and pipeline system with self-priming capability, thermal oil heating with burner system, diesel and high-pressure air cleaning systems, and electrical controls with cab-mounted touchscreen computer interface. The system enables multiple functions including self-priming asphalt injection, rear pipe spraying, handheld nozzle application, circulation, suction, and cleaning. It applies emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt, and modified asphalt at rates of 0.2-2.0 L/m² across 4-6 meter widths.
