The asphalt spray truck is road construction machinery designed for transporting and distributing liquid asphalt across highways, urban roads, airports, and ports. This 4X2 ISUZU 6,000 liters asphalt spray truck handles hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and residual oil applications. It supplies asphalt binder for stabilized soil pavements and can spray high-viscosity modified asphalt, heavy-traffic formulations, and emulsified products for permeable and waterproof layers. The equipment serves both new asphalt overlay construction and highway maintenance, supporting layered paving techniques at county and township levels. The intelligent distributor comprises a vehicle chassis, asphalt tank body, pumping and spraying apparatus, thermal oil heating mechanism, hydraulic system, combustion assembly, control electronics, pneumatic components, and operating platform. The tank features double-wall steel construction with aluminum silicate insulation (50-100mm), stainless steel exterior cladding, internal partition, and heat-transfer oil tubes. The power transmission utilizes engine-driven power take-off units supplying hydraulic pumps for spraying operations. Additional systems include asphalt pumps with filtration, valve assemblies, spray pipelines, and diesel/air-pressure cleaning mechanisms.
