The Sinotruck Howo 10,000-liter asphalt spray truck serves as primary machinery for highway, urban road, airport, and port construction. This vehicle transports and distributes liquid asphalt during pavement construction using penetration and surface treatment methods, handling hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and residual oil applications. Beyond standard spraying, the unit supplies asphalt binder to loose soil for stabilized pavement bases, and applies high-viscosity modified asphalt, heavy-traffic formulations, and modified emulsified products to waterproof and bonding layers on high-grade highways. The truck accommodates overlay work and maintenance spraying on existing asphalt roads, plus construction applications at county and township levels using layered paving technology. The intelligent system comprises a vehicle chassis, an insulated asphalt tank, pumping and spraying mechanisms, thermal oil heating, hydraulic systems, combustion apparatus, control electronics, pneumatic components, and an operating platform.
