Euro2 5m3 JAC Garbage Compactor Truck

The Euro 2 JAC garbage truck is a 5 cubic meter garbage disposal vehicle equipped with a compactor system. It features a sealed garbage bin, filler mechanism, shovel, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system using electrical-hydraulic integration technology. The truck automatically controls garbage dumping, crushing, and compacting through a mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic joint automatic control system. The box body comprises reinforced beams and high-strength Q345 steel plates welded together, with 6mm side and bottom thickness. The push shovel distributes garbage evenly and discharges materials thoroughly. Robot-automated welding ensures a sturdy structure without dust or water leakage. Key hydraulic components include Jiangsu Zhongmei/Weisenbole multi-channel valves, Anhui Wanye/Changyuan hydraulic pumps, and Siemens PLC control systems with remote capability. The filler assembly includes a housing, skateboard, and scraper. High-strength wear-resistant materials form the skateboard with integral nylon sliders providing self-lubrication and stability. A large-capacity sewage storage box collects liquid waste during compression, preventing secondary pollution during transport. The truck supports various garbage bin sizes (240L, 660L, 1100L) through its rear rotating mechanism. Operation modes include automatic, manual, and remote control functions.
